Experience: Mr. Munroe possesses more than 19 years of experience with scientific and engineering projects ranging from initial site investigation surveys to managing hazardous and special waste cleanup projects, including lead and PCB remediation. Mr. Munroe also manages groundwater treatment systems and NPDES permit compliance assurance. Mr. Munroe specializes in the management of site remediation and investigation projects. Specific areas of expertise include Geophysical Methods, Data Management, Field Geology, and the development and implementations of Quality Assurance Project Plans for USEPA Brownfield project sites. Mr. Munroe has worked on numerous St. Louis City sites, including the proposed Adelaide Business Park, the new NFL Stadium site, the Beaux Artes building, Habitat for Humanity builds, the former ONDR site, Porter Oil, many industrial sites along the North Riverfront, and the North St. Louis NGA site.
