Chuck Munroe

Chuck Munroe’s primary focus is directing business strategy, providing leadership within the company, and overseeing operations.  Chuck has been with EOI since 1996 and has operated in many capacities including extensive experience in Phase I/Phase II ESAs, petroleum storage tank closure, site remediation, risk management and Brownfield redevelopment.

 

Bob Sieckhaus

Bob Sieckhaus is the director of business development for Environmental Operations, Inc. With over 26 years of experience in professional business development, his responsibilities include the acquisition of new business and maintenance of the existing client base. Bob manages projects for corporate clients nationwide, handles project execution, manages subcontractors and handles project closeout.

Eric Emmett, P.E.

Eric Emmett is the director of industrial hygiene and compliance services at Environment Operations Inc. He joined the EOI’s team of environmental specialists in 2022 as a senior environmental engineer where he was in charge of planning, development and management of projects in compliance with local and federal regulations. Eric has over 20 years of experience in environmental and geological engineering, handling consulting, permitting, wastewater engineering and spill prevention control & countermeasure (SPCC).

John Perkins is a senior project manager with EOI, specializing in building abatement. John is an estimator and has worked in asbestos abatement for over 20 years. 

Dave Costello

Dave Costello is a senior project manager at EOI with extensive experience in building demolition services. Throughout the past 20 years, Dave held leadership roles in construction firms, including general foreman, field superintendent, assistant vice president and demolition operations manager.

Bill Frederick

Bill Frederick possesses 30 years of experience in environmental projects ranging from initial site investigations to the design and management of hazardous waste cleanup projects. Bill specializes in air, water and hazardous waste monitoring, sampling and remediation projects. He often handles technical management and field support environmental contracting services at Environmental Operations, Inc.

Lawrence Rosen, R.G.

Lawrence Rosen has over 30 years of experience as a senior project manager, field manager and onsite geologist for major RCRA, DERA and CERCLA projects throughout the Midwest. He works alongside environmental specialists to oversee subsurface investigations, geophysical surveys, collection of soil samples and the design/development of groundwater monitoring wells — with high consideration for federal requirements and guidelines. 

Julie Gibbs-Alley

Julie Gibbs-Alley joined Environmental Operations, Inc. as an environmental professional in 2008, and is currently a program manager for due diligence services. In the environmental industry, Julie has overseen the completion of over 2,000 Phase I Assessments, Preliminary Assessments, Transaction Screens and other environmental investigations.
