The Phase I Project Manager is responsible for assessing assigned environmental sites. The primary function of this role is to perform initial visual site inspections, to compile Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) reports, and to make recommendations to EOI Clients. This role includes the inspection of real estate for evidence of asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, hazardous materials, petroleum products, aboveground storage tanks, underground storage tanks, and air and water emissions.

EOI is seeking a full time, highly motivated, and ambitious environmental technician to be an integral part of our compliance services team. The Compliance Services Environmental Technician is responsible for completing tasks associated with regulatory compliance consulting and environmental permitting at a client mining facility based in Fredericktown, Missouri.

EOI is seeking a full time, experienced, highly motivated, and ambitious Project Manager to be an integral part of our compliance services team. The Compliance Services Project Manager is responsible for managing projects and resources related to compliance consulting and environmental permitting.  The primary focus is managing and completing environmental compliance related projects for industry clients which may include preparation of annual compliance reports, preparation of environmental plans and permits and conducting environmental audits.  This position will also require researching regulations and interacting with governmental agencies on behalf of clients.  This position does not have any direct reports but may be responsible for delegating assignments and overseeing project deadlines.
